The music stops after one song

If you are using the same device to play music that you use for POS you may experience interruptions in the service as other apps can take over the audio session – we would advise using a separate device that you only use for playing the music.

This can also occur when the device you are using goes into sleep or battery-saving mode.
We’ll look at this by device type.

Apple devices
*Make sure your phone is not in low power mode when you do this.
Step 1. Go to settings.
Step 2. Select display and brightness
Step 3. Select auto-lock
Step 4. Select never

Android devices
(Motorola|Nexus | Google Phones)

1

From the top of your phone screen, swipe down to access the quick settings menu

2

3

Move the battery saver on or off (slider will be grey and slid to the left for off setting)

The music won’t play

This is often because the device you are using has a poor WiFi connection. Sometimes the device is too far away.

1

Move your device closer to your router if possible. Reducing the distance between the two may improve your WiFi strength.

2

Check your internet speed by typing into Google what’s my internet speed. You need a broadband speed of 3 Mbps to stream audio.

3

If the issue persists we would recommend investing in faster WiFi. Or using a device that you can connect to your internet connection via an ethernet cable.

My iPad keep crashing after I press play

This occurs on older devices. It’s most often due to old software. There are a few checks you can run to try and rectify this.

If you still experience the issue. It’s likely the device is not compatible with streaming via the browser. We would recommend trying an alternative device if you have one.
